COMMUNITY USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES Click Here to Access Forms Public use of Southern Lehigh School District Facilities is coordinated by the Athletic Administrator's Office. A Building Use Application Form must be submitted prior to approval of the usage of any facility. Applications are subject to review and applicants will be notified of any conflicts or questions. Upon approval, applicants will receive a copy of the executed form for their files with estimates of costs, where applicable. Costs may include but are not limited to ~ Custodial hours* Security Site Manager Rental Fees *After hours and/or if additional staff is required Please remember... Complete contact information including address (located at the bottom of the application) is required. Provide the time(s) you are requesting to access/use the facility. If you need the facility prior to the start time e.g. to set up/decorate, please include that in the time requested and specify when the event will begin. For example: 4:00 - 8:00 PM (set up begins 4:00 PM, doors oopen at 5:30 PM) Allow adequate time for your request to be reviewed. It is strongly suggested that applications be submitted as follows: Meetings ~ At least 4 weeks prior Banquets ~ At least 2 months prior (or sooner) Events ~ At least 6 months prior These time frames do not ensure your application will be accepted; however the sooner you submit your paperwork the greater your chances of approval. Applications are reviewed in the order that they are received. Insurance is required for all non-district functions. Additional insured should be as follows: Southern Lehigh School District
